Shipping Policy

We want shipping to be easy to follow from checkout to doorstep. Here is how we handle it at CRAFTEDBYCLARA.

Where we ship

  • Countries: We currently ship within the United States and the United Kingdom.
  • More destinations: We are looking into adding more over time.

Shipping cost

  • Cost: Free shipping on every order.
  • No hidden fees: The price shown at checkout is the final delivery price.

Order processing time

  • Processing: Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days so we can verify, pack and dispatch them correctly.
  • Weekend orders: Anything ordered over the weekend is processed the next business day.

Transit time

  • Estimated delivery: 4 to 6 business days once your order is dispatched.
  • Shipping days: Orders go out Monday through Friday.
  • Total delivery time: Expect your order within roughly 5 to 8 business days from the day you place it.
  • Please note: Delivery windows are estimates and can shift for reasons outside our control, such as high demand, carrier delays or weather. If that happens we will keep you updated.

How we ship

  • Trusted carriers: We ship with established couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS.
  • Insured: Every order is insured in transit. If something is lost or damaged on the way, reach out to our support team.

Tracking your order

  • Tracking: Once your order ships you get a confirmation email with your tracking number and the carrier handling your delivery.
  • Need help: Email support@craftedbyclara.com with any tracking question.

Missing items

If something is missing from your delivery, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at support@craftedbyclara.com. We will look into it right away and either send a replacement or arrange a refund.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. For the full detail, see our refund policy.
